The staff was top notch -- so friendly and helpful -- they couldn't do enough to ensure a good visit. The room itself was very comfortable -- roomy, nice bathroom, comfortable beds. The location -- close to the old part of town -- was also very convenient.

Only negative: parking in the underground garage -- very tight to get in and out.

This hotel is a great choice for Bansko ski travel. The rooms are clean and nice, and the location is fantastic, just a short drive from the ski center. The breakfast is very delicious and filling, with plenty of good food to enjoy in the morning. Plus, many rooms have balconies with beautiful views of the town.

It is a very nice and clean hotel...very close in gondola,10 minutes with foot .very friendly hotel, with big and quiet rooms.nice spa.they have a small nice swimming pool with mineral water and also very warm..i stayed there two times and I will go again!!!!! ασε που μιλανε και αγγλικα και ελληνικα!!!!ειναι και ευγενεστατοι .....

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bansko and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the staff were amazing - they were always smiling and willing to help. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a spectacular view of the snowed mountains. Lastly, the hotel offered free transportation to the ski center, which was incredibly convenient.

The 4 persons room has 2 seperated rooms and is really big, with nice view to the mountain. Very clean room and bathroom. Free parking and WiFi. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

The underground parking doesn't have a direct access to the hotel and you have to ask the personnel to open the gate for you (which they do immediately).

Breakfast is very low end. Quality and quantity is on the low end.

The apartment was spacious and cozy, perfect for a family vacation. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The steam bath and swimming pool were a relaxing treat after exploring the city all day. The location was convenient, just a short drive away from the city center and its historic landmarks.

There were a few things that left us disappointed. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no kettle, cooking pots, or utensils.

Excellent choice in relation to price. Clean with a good breakfast and very close to the center. Ideal room family suite and we're a couple.

the pool is actually very small, but it is a small hotel.. you should not expect a 20m long pool..:) The mini spa facilities are great for a nice relax after ski in a small hotel. Sauna could be a little warmer - only 80 deg maximum.

We had a great stay! Best aspects were the clean and spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast, and helpful staff. The location was convenient for access to the ski area.

I have returned in Bansko and H.Martin a second time with a couple of friends. The same nice warm, family treatment was the reason. I never been wrong, having each evening Dimitri our chef and DJ with nice old rock and blues music as gude through Bulgarian cuisine. And a master cook for New Year Eve party.
